Salez-Girl is an AI-powered WhatsApp sales bot platform designed for small business owners who operate on WhatsApp and don't want to manage complex e-commerce websites. Users can create a personalized sales bot, connect it to their WhatsApp account, provide product information, and link their Google Sheets product catalogue. The bot then autonomously answers customer inquiries about products with intelligent, conversational responses—essentially your own personal sales representative available 24/7. Unlike standard WhatsApp Business messages, this is actual AI-powered customer service automation.
Designed and developed a responsive, user-centred platform allowing customers to order tailor-made crochet items. Features include a dynamic gallery, customizable product options (color, size, style), and secure checkout flow. Built with emphasis on visual storytelling, seamless user experience, and integration of contact/support channels. The site reflects a balance between artisanal charm and modern e-commerce best practices.
The experience I have gained through hands-on development and working with talented teams has allowed me
